I'm Terrence Seidman, founder and lead consultant of Forward Thinking Projects LLC, a contract-based IT consulting firm offering scalable, dependable, and user-focused support solutions for both individuals and businesses. With over 10 years of experience in IT operations and enterprise support, I’ve worked across healthcare, logistics, and federal environments — including partnerships with respected organizations such as Mount Sinai, Broward Health, Northrop Grumman, and Honeywell.

Why I Started Forward Thinking Projects

After years of navigating the corporate IT world, I grew frustrated with outdated systems, rigid hierarchies, and workflows that prioritized procedure over people. I saw an opportunity to do things differently — to build a consultancy that blends enterprise-level expertise with the flexibility and empathy often missing in traditional support models.

Accomplishment Highlights

1. Supported a successful EPIC rollout at Broward Health by imaging and deploying over 300 devices, performing technical dress rehearsals, and resolving break/fix tickets during the go-live period.

2. Reduced system downtime by proactively identifying and resolving service tickets related to network, hardware, and software issues across multiple enterprise environments.

3. Improved end-user readiness during EPIC implementation by leading the setup of training rooms and ensuring seamless access to required applications and hardware.

4. Acted as the primary liaison between field teams and Northrop Grumman HQ during USPS infrastructure operations, accelerating issue resolution and maintaining strict SLAs.

5. Executed scheduled maintenance across USPS/Northrop Grumman cabinet sites, proactively identifying potential system failures and maintaining operational continuity.

6. Delivered IT support to 500+ users across 13 Volvo Truck locations, provisioning equipment, resolving escalated incidents, and administering security updates remotely and onsite.
